We design each product shot based on your instructions. We work with you on angles, lighting, and color correction. We'll send you proofs by email for approval prior to final masking and clean up. All final images come with clipping paths and are in high resolution. Our cameras produce images 8.5" x 11" at 300dpi. You will receive each image in Photoshop PSD format, in large TIF format and in screen format. We can also create thumb, medium, and large images for your web store at no charge. Once your photos are completed they will be available for download and can also be sent to you on CD rom or DVD. Our turn around time will depend on the number of items we receive. We are able to process 2 to 4 items per hour. We are usually able to start on your project as soon as it arrives at our studio and will call you right away to confirm receipt.

Q. What resolution are the final images available in?
A. All of our images will be provided in the highest resolution possible. Most images will be able to print at 8.5" x 11" at 300dpi.

Q. Who owns the rights to the product photos and are there any usage limitations?
A. All rights of ownership are yours. You are free to do as you wish with the images we make for you as they are yours.

Q. Are you willing to take spec photos with the understanding that future business will be sent to you?
A. Sorry, our pricing structure is so competitive that we really need to cover our time in the studio. We are unable to trade for services or do work on spec.

Q. How large of an object can you photograph?
A. We are able to shoot anything from earings to airplanes. If you can ship it to us or if we can make it to your location, we can get you pictures of it. Just call us to go over your project.

Q. Do you offer fabric backgrounds or digital color backgrounds?
A. Yes, we can set up any digital color you like and can also work with you on on fabricks and or props.

Q. How do I get my images?
A. You can download them from our file holding area and or we can send them to you on CD or DVD.

Q. Do you do any on location site photography?
A. Yes, we have done arial photography and on location photo shoots. Please look at our other serivces area.

Q. Do you offer a gurantee?
A. Yes, your satisfaction is our main concern. We will work with you to mak sure the photos meet your expectaions and work for your application. If we are not able to meet your expectaions, you will not be charged for the job.
